The 64th Annual Grammy Awards — a spectacle celebrating the best in music — are set for April 3, 2022. The show has changed greatly over the years, and there's no better way to see this evolution than flashing back to the Grammys of the past, like the show from 30 years ago in 1992. One of the most memorable parts of the 1992 Grammys was seeing these two together at the big event. Donald Trump was dating future ex-wife Marla Maples when they attended the Arista Records Pre-Grammy Party at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City in 1992.

Natalie Cole was the big winner back in 1992, taking home the album of the year prize for "Unforgettable…With Love" and best traditional pop performance and record of the year Grammys for "Unforgettable," her duet with her late father, Nat King Cole. Natalie, who sparkled in a white gown with black delicate embellishments, also performed "Unforgettable" on stage alongside footage of her late father.

Cyndi Lauper and husband David Thornton were newlyweds when they kicked off Grammy weekend at the Arista Records Pre-Grammy Party in February 1992. Cyndi's look made a statement — as usual — with her bright pink hair, leather minidress and patterned pantyhose.
